This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared on systems used by Trinity Baptist Church (“TBC”) including visiting tbcoasishouse.com (the “TBC Site”) which includes our bespoke App (the “TBC App”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the TBC Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device.
Additionally, as you browse the TBC Site, we collect information when you visit our website and information on how you interact with the TBC Site or register for our events. We refer to this automatically collected information as “Device Information.”
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
– “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
- Analytics cookies such as SC_ANALYTICS_GLOBAL_COOKIE, SC_ANALYTICS_SESSION_COOKIE, __utma, __utmb, __utmc, __utmz. These allow us to track a set of data to help improve the website. These cookies help tell TBC how many people have been to the site before, what time people visited the site and what pages were looked at. No personal information is stored. Some are deleted when you leave the site, but others may last as long as [2] years.2. We use a small number of freely available tools to improve our website.

– “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps. This includes the data used for registering, making payment or attempts to make a payment through the TBC Site. Such information from you, include your name, your address, payment information (including credit card numbers), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order information.”
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
Other personal information include when you make donation, by completion of Gift envelops In person or via TBC Site .
This has been extended to include all network systems used to support the work of Trinity Baptist Church, as required by the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
Likewise when you register for events or purchase other TBC related services and provide contact details in writing or orally to Church staff or associates.
HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We use the personal Information that we collect generally to fulfill any request placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, request confirmations).
Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
– Communicate with you;
– Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information relating to our services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Trinity Baptist Church and PayPal use ReCaptcha on the Sites and Services. Your use of ReCaptcha is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. ReCaptcha is only used to fight spam and abuse.

(a)To establish and continue your involvement with Trinity Baptist Church. This is includes but is not limited to the events you have attended, what areas and activities of Trinity Baptist Church you have supported, recorded and acknowledged donations,

(c) For promotion of services and register you for events. This helps to keep you informed of new developments we believe may be of interest to you. If we contact you in this way without obtaining your prior consent, we will provide you with the opportunity to decline any further promotional communications. To keep you informed by text and/or email about church services, activities, resources and conferences
(d) To improve our general ability to assist with Church attendees and the wider community. To assist Trinity Baptist Church in making its sites and services more valuable to its community

We don’t facilitate targeted advertising with third parties such as Facebook, Google etc.

Please note that we do not alter the TBC Site’s data collection or use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
TBC may collect and store sensitive personal information such as health information, religious information (church attendance) when you and/or your family attend, register for church events and conferences. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential. It is never sold, given away, or otherwise shared with anyone, unless required, by law.
YOUR RIGHTS
For our European resident, you have the right to access and some changes on personal information.
The rights are extended under the GDPR regulations to include:

The links for official social media handles are enlisted on our main TBC site. Users must verify the authenticity of sites before posting or providing personal information on such sites.
Our website may provide social media buttons, permitting sharing our web content directly to a social media, platform. The use of such buttons is at your own risk.
Unless it is material supplied or officially posted by TBC Sites, we do not endorse social media website(s) and have no responsibility for the content nor for the cookies they may contain.
TBC sites do not ask for passwords or personal details on social media.
